This video seems to show a high-ranking member of the Police Department using pepper spray against several women. Unbelievable.
Note: I came across this protest last Saturday, at which point it was well-contained, tame in fact. Plenty of journalists were on site, albeit few English-speaking. It was hard to get a feel for exactly what they were protesting, but in the last week their message has gained steam and clarity.
This simply cannot be the appropriate response to a peaceful demonstration?
